How to use the GLHS Databases

What is a database?

A database is a subscription service purchased by the library that gives students access to full-length scholorly articles. Databases include magazines, journal articles, newspaper articles and more. Think of a database as if it was an online library full of great resources for your academic research!

Why should I use a database instead of the internet?

Many reasons! Some of which include the fact that database articles have all been evaluated and proved to be trusted academic writing, and databases offer additional research services like a citation generator for FREE!

How do I access the GLHS databases?
